Discover the joy of Italian cuisine with this Pizza Making Class in Rome, guided by a professional chef from MasterChef Italia TV show. In a small semi-private group of just six guests, you’ll create traditional Roman recipes from scratch — pizza, focaccia, supplì, and a sweet Nutella-filled pizza pocket dessert — all inside a brand-new luxury cooking school in the heart of Rome....

Your culinary experience begins with a warm Italian welcome: a glass of Prosecco paired with an artisanal selection of cured meats, cheeses, and olives. Once you’ve met your instructor and fellow guests, step up to your personal workstation equipped with top-quality tools and ingredients.

Under the guidance of your MasterChef instructor, you’ll first master the technique of Roman “teglia” pizza dough — famous for its crispy base and airy texture. Since real Roman dough needs a slow rise, you’ll prepare your own dough to take home, and then work with a pre-proofed one to bake your Margherita pizza, topped with fresh mozzarella, tomato sauce, and basil.
