- Children and activity booklets: Interactive children’s booklets are only available in English. Designed for children aged 5–10, suitable for mixed-age families.

- ID Required: Everyone in your group, regardless of age, needs a government-issued ID to enter the Vatican Museums
- Sistine Chapel: No photography allowed inside the Sistine Chapel; other artwork can only be photographed without flash. Talking is strictly forbidden inside the Sistine Chapel; guides provide explanations beforehand. Vatican management may delay opening of the Sistine Chapel for religious reasons; in this case, the guide will adjust the itinerary and extend museum visits.
- Raphael Rooms: Access to the Raphael Rooms depends on crowd conditions, timing, and guard regulations; the guide may adjust the itinerary to ensure a high-quality experience.
- St. Peter’s Basilica: St. Peter’s Basilica is an active church; can be closed unexpectedly for liturgical ceremonies. Closed most Wednesday mornings for the weekly Papal Audience. During the 2025 Jubilee (Dec 24, 2024 – Jan 6, 2026), partial or full closures may occur; guides will adjust itinerary, no refunds due to closures.
