The Omnia Card 72h can be easily purchased in two ways, depending on your travel preferences.

This option is recommended for those who plan their trip well in advance, as international delivery times require at least 14 working days. It’s ideal for travelers who want to receive everything comfortably at home and avoid waiting once they arrive in Rome. Shipping is not available to Russia and Asia.

Omnia Card: free public transport and Open Bus access

With the Omnia Card 72H, you can travel for free on the entire public transport network in Rome (ATAC vehicles). The pass is valid for 72 hours from the first validation and includes buses, trams, metro lines (A, B, B1, and C), and some urban trains. Here is the map of Rome’s Metro, Tram, and Railway network.

The Omnia Card allows unlimited use of public transport operated by ATAC until midnight of the third day, including the day of first validation. It covers all bus and metro lines, as well as the urban railways Roma-Lido, Roma Flaminio-Piazza del Popolo-Viterbo, and Roma-Giardinetti, within the territory of the Municipality of Rome.

The Omnia Card is automatically activated upon first use, whether entering a museum, boarding the panoramic open bus, or using public transportation. The Omnia Card’s validity starts immediately and expires 72 hours late

Terms of use of Omnia Card

Some attractions require mandatory reservation, such as the Colosseum.
The omnia Card is personal and non-transferable. It must be kept carefully and shown upon request.
You can use Omnia Card multiple services on the same day, without limits, within the 72-hour validity period.

Refund policy of Omnia Card

According to the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for leisure services provided on specific dates. However, for the Omnia Card 72h, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the Main Service (e.g., Colosseum or Vatican Museums) has not been booked yet, or that the Card shipped to your home has not been opened.

The refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request, using the same payment method.

Reservations already made for the main services are non-refundable.
Once the card has been used for any attraction, even just one, it is considered activated and no refund, even partial, will be possible.
