The Omnia Card 72h can be easily purchased in two ways, depending on your travel preferences.
1. International Home Delivery
By purchasing from the official website ticket.romevaticancard.com, you can select the home delivery option. The Omnia Card will be shipped directly to your address with international shipping. This option is recommended for those who plan their trip well in advance, as international delivery times require at least 14 working days. It’s ideal for travelers who want to receive everything comfortably at home and avoid waiting once they arrive in Rome. Shipping is not available to Russia and Asia.
2. Pick-up in Rome
If you prefer, you can choose to pick up your Omnia Card 72h for free at one of the official Vatican collection points in Rome. There, you’ll receive the complete package with your passes and all the instructions to activate them. Simply present your order confirmation email, either printed or in digital format.
Collection Points: the Omnia Vatican & Rome Card can be picked up at two official collection points (open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and closed on Sundays and public holidays):

How to get there
Metro: Ottaviano (Line A) – walk along Via Ottaviano and Via di Porta Angelica until you reach St. Peter’s Square.

How to get there
Metro: San Giovanni (Line A)

What to do: write name, surname and date of activation on the back of the card. The card must be completed in its entirety and cannot be transferred.
Validation: the Omnia Card 72 is valid for 72 hours from the first activation. The card is activated upon first use (visit to a museum / place of interest, boarding the Open Bus/public transport – bus, tram, and metro).
Using your pass for entry and discounts: you use it to access directly at the entrance of the first 2 sites, while from the 3rd site onwards it is presented at the ticket office to take advantage of the reduction.
Show pass: you show Omnia Card upon request of the control personnel, together with a valid identity document.
How to tap: the card is contactless and therefore no physical insertion is required in the reader but it is sufficient to approach it.
Omnia Card + Roma Pass: Omnia Card 72h includes Roma Pass. With this passes you can enjoy free entry to 2 attractions of your choice from a selection of museums, monuments, and cultural sites, that you can find in this article. For all other partner attractions, you are entitled to discounted rates throughout the entire validity of your Omnia Rome Pass. Here you can find all included and discounted attractions in Rome.
You can get a refund if you cancel within the allowed period: that is, within 14 days of purchase.
How long does it take to get a refund? In case of withdrawal, the refund will take place within 30 days of receiving the communication, using the same methods used for payment.

Omnia Card 72h includes Roma Pass*: with these passes you can choose two free attractions and the others at a reduced price (including the Colosseum**, Borghese Gallery, Capitoline Museums, and National Museum of Castel Sant’Angelo). Discover here which attractions are included with Omnia Card.
*The Roma Pass is not included in the reduced Omnia 72 hours (municipal museum access is free for minors). For public transport, you can purchase individual tickets for children or a 72-hour ATAC pass.

The OMNIA Card is the ideal solution to fully enjoy your stay in the Eternal City without having to think about looking for tickets for individual attractions. The Child Card is valid for children/young people aged 6-17 years. Children up to 5 years of age are included in the parent’s card and have free access to all services. For the Colosseum you must collect a free ticket, while for other attractions such as the Vatican Museums the child/youth can enter with the parent in possession of a valid Card.

You can book the Vatican and other Rome attractions with the Omnia Card by choosing one of two options, depending on your purchase method (home delivery or pick-up in Rome).
1. Home delivery: if you choose the home delivery option, you can book once you receive the card by using the OMNIA VATICAN ROME app or the OmniaKit website, using the codes printed directly on the card.
2. Pick-up in Rome: with the pick-up in Rome option, once you have completed your purchase, you can book the attractions by accessing the website ticket.romevaticancard.com. After logging in, click on "Profile", then select "My Tickets". Choose your Omnia Card and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your booking.
