Cancellation of booked attractions does not give the right to a refund
In case of withdrawal, the refund will take place within 30 days of receiving the communication, using the same methods used for payment.
In the case of shipped products, CED Digital reserves the right to request the return of the box, at the user’s expense.
The exercise of the withdrawal can take place via a communication sent to customer care (https://shop.romevaticancard.com/it/contattaci) or by sending an email to [email protected].
For Omnia Card Access Tickets, the right of withdrawal is permitted if the user is a consumer, provided that a reservation for the Main Service has not yet been made or that, in the case of cards sent to home, the customer has opened the boxes with the cards inside.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from the time of purchase or from the actual date of delivery to the address entered by the customer at the time of purchase.
