Visiting Rome with the Omnia Card 72h is a great way to save time and money, but some attractions require advance booking.
In this guide, we’ll explain which top attractions need to be reserved, how to book them online, and what costs are included or not.
Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel
One of the main advantages of the 72h Omnia Card is priority access to the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel.
If you selected the “pickup in Rome” option, you’ll receive a booking code that allows you to choose the date and time of your visit.
If you chose home delivery, you’ll receive your 72h Omnia Card directly at your address, with the necessary booking codes already printed on the card.
💡 Pro tip: To ensure availability, make your reservation at least 15 days before your trip.
Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatin Hill
With your 72h Omnia Card, you can visit the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill, but online reservation is required.
Go to ticketing.colosseo.it and scroll down to the section dedicated to Roma Pass / Omnia Card holders.
⚠️ Important: Without a reservation, you won’t be allowed to enter, even if you have the Omnia card.
Borghese Gallery
To visit the Borghese Gallery, online reservation is mandatory via the website romapass.ticketone.it
The pre-sale fee is already included in the Omnia Card, so you don’t need to pay for it. The only extra cost is the TicketOne service fee, which is €2 per ticket.

Mamertine Prison and Basilica of San Giovanni
